Adam Attia is a Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Broker and Principal based in Newport Beach, Ca, and Honolulu, Hi.
Adam specializes in representing developers, institutions and family offices in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers, single-tenant net-leased investments, ground leases and various other asset classes on a case-by-case basis. Currently, Adam can be found acting as the Managing Partner of The Attia Group of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE:MMI) where he has transacted on over a million square feet of investment real estate across multiple states.
As a broker, Adam Attia has a license to practice in California, Hawaii, and Idaho. Adam has successfully transacted on all asset classes of real estate including retail, industrial, multifamily, creative office, hospitality, land, and mixed-use investments. His transactional practice focuses on 1031 exchanges, small to mid-scale joint ventures, portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, sale/ leaseback structuring and real estate development.
Adam has directed real estate transactions with tenants such as Lowe’s, Vons, Smart & Final, Aldi, CVS, Burlington, Hobby Lobby, Bank of America, Chase Bank, Union Bank, US Bank, McDonald’s, Del Taco, Wendy’s, Starbucks, Burger King, Carl’s Junior, Arby’s, 7-Eleven, Sonic, KFC, Checker’s, Wienerschnitzel, Jo-Ann Fabric, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Chuze Fitness, and several mom & pop retailers.
Adam Attia is a graduate of Cornell University’s Commercial Real Estate Program and earned a BBA in Real Estate Finance from Texas A&M University. Adam’s formal education, combined with nearly 20 years and over a million square feet of transactional experience, allows him to provide keen and insightful guidance to private and institutional real estate clients.
