Preston Davey
Mr. Davey is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including net-leased, retail, multifamily, office and industrial. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders.
Adam Attia
Adam Attia is First Vice President and Managing Director of The Attia Group of Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate team specializing in Net Lease investment sales nationwide. Additionally, Adam is a Director of the Net Lease Properties Group of Marcus & Millichap, which dominates the Net Lease Industry and closes more deals than our eight closest competitors combined.
Adam is a graduate of Cornell University’s Commercial Real Estate Program and studied real estate finance as an undergraduate at Texas A&M University. Adam’s distinguished formal education, combined with nearly 20 years and over a million square feet of transactional experience, allows him to provide keen and insightful guidance to private clients, developers, merchants, equity funds, REIT’s, family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Since 2003, Adam has been successful not only as a real estate broker, but also as a principal investor and partner in real estate projects ranging from retail buildings, creative office, multifamily and speculative custom home building. Adam attributes his commercial success to his passion for studying and partnering with some of the best real estate minds and organizations in the United States. Adam lives in Irvine, Ca with his wife and daughter and spends his free time running, hiking and teaching his daughter to ski and surf.
Meg Conway
Ms. Conway oversees accounting, legal compliance, training, human resources, marketing efforts, media relations and day-to-day platform operations for The Attia Group & Marcus & Millichap. Meghan has been with Marcus & Millichap since 2018 and earned a Business Administration and Management degree from Pasadena City College.
Meghan Scofield
Ms. Scofield is primarily responsible for the creation and management of all digital and on-line marketing materials. Meg is highly talented in all areas of real estate marketing and has consistently implemented innovative, efficient, and effective marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Meg is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo.
